Orchard Drive Barn (Reclaimed)

This unique ground-style barn was saved from razing and carefully disassembled by Pleasant Valley Timber Framing (my previous employer) in 2021. Steve Gorby (owner of Pleasant Valley Timber Framing) has held onto the frame since then, and is now interested in offering it for sale. Notes / Modifications: We believe this barn was added on to a some point, creating a slightly abnormal bay spacing. Modifications include a completely new roof-system, new loft-support beams, and new sills. Damaged timbers have also been replaced.
